How it works
A simple request, review and delivery process
Every stage is managed through the website so you do not need to keep entering a code or searching through old emails.
Upload and check your image
Use the largest, clearest original files available. A preview is shown before the request continues so you can confirm the correct photograph was selected.
Describe the edit and submit
Explain exactly what should change and what must remain untouched. Once submitted, your confirmation email contains the private status link.
Follow your private status page
The confirmation email contains a one-click private link. It shows whether the request is under review, being edited, ready for preview or completed.
Accept the edit or request changes
When a preview is supplied, the private status page shows an “Accept edit” button and a “Decline edit” option. A declined edit must include a clear explanation so it can return to the editor for revision.
Download completed files
Final files are grouped into one secure download. Keep your own copy because stored files may be removed after the published retention period.
