During launch, UK residents can submit through the normal automated connection check. Customers outside the UK may select the overseas manual-review option; the request will not be automatically cancelled for country alone, but acceptance is not guaranteed.

What is checked?

The site checks the connecting IP country and signs of VPN, proxy or Tor use. An uncertain result is held for manual review. Overseas requests can also be submitted for an individual decision rather than being automatically cancelled.

Priority requests are placed first. Free requests follow in the order they were received, while complexity and suitability can still affect when work begins.
