The free request
Submitting does not guarantee acceptance
A request may be declined because of content, complexity, source quality, available time, unclear instructions or inappropriate use. No contract to complete the edit is created merely by uploading files.
What is guaranteed?
Your request will receive a private reference and status page when it is stored successfully. Acceptance and completion remain subject to manual review.
Timing
Updates are estimates, not deadlines
Countdowns show the intended time for the next progress message. They are not contractual completion dates or service-level guarantees. Complexity, revisions, demand and technical problems can change timing.
Worldwide availability
Requests can be submitted from any country
Photo Edit Free no longer restricts requests by country. The connecting IP is checked for network-security indicators such as VPN, proxy or Tor use to help protect the free service from abuse.
Your detected country is informational only and does not determine whether the request can be accepted.
Connections identified as blocked VPN, proxy or Tor networks may be declined automatically under the configured security rules.
IP location is an estimate and may be inaccurate. It is used as supporting security information rather than proof of residence or identity.
If an automated network result appears incorrect, the customer can reply through the private request page and the administrator can rerun or override the check.

What the queue-bump fee does — and does not — buy

Payment processing
Stripe hosts the payment page. Priority begins when a successful payment is confirmed. If Checkout is cancelled or expires, the request remains in the free queue.
Optional gallery sharing
Before and after images appear only with specific permission
Submitting a review does not automatically make photographs public. The customer must separately check the optional gallery-consent box.
You choose
You may publish a written review without agreeing to share images. Gallery permission is optional and specific to the connected before and after example.
Privacy copies are prepared
Separate copies are created from the selected original and completed images and stored locally on this website. Private request files are not served directly to the public gallery.
A person checks them
The administrator uses local privacy-editing tools and must inspect both copies before publication. Browser face detection, where available, is only an aid and is not relied on as the final check.
You can withdraw
The gallery item can be removed separately. Deleting the private request does not automatically remove separately consented gallery copies, because they are retained independently under the customer’s gallery permission. The connected written review may also remain unless removal is requested.
No guarantee of complete anonymisation
Face blurring reduces identifiability but cannot guarantee anonymity. Clothing, surroundings, tattoos, vehicle registrations, reflections and other details may still identify a person. The administrator may decline to publish any item that cannot be made suitably private.

Reasonable and lawful use
Rights and permission
You confirm that you own the uploaded images or have enough permission to request the edit. You remain responsible for the content and for how any completed image is used.
Prohibited requests
Do not use the service for fraudulent documents, impersonation, unlawful deception, abusive or sexual content, misleading evidence, harassment, exploitation, copyright infringement or other illegal activity.
Reasonable use of a free service
Do not submit excessive batches, repeated duplicates, automated submissions or content designed to abuse storage, email or communication systems. Requests may be limited, closed or removed where misuse is suspected.
Clear instructions
Explain the desired result and anything that must remain unchanged. A reasonable correction to the original brief may be considered, but a substantially different edit can require a new request.
Output limitations
The source image sets the limits
Missing detail cannot always be recreated accurately. Blur, compression, tiny resolution, severe damage or blocked areas can limit what is possible. Completed images should not be treated as forensic, evidential or identity-verification material.
Downloads and deletion
Save completed work promptly
Completed files remain available for the download period shown on the private page, currently 14 days. After that period, private request data and files are automatically removed. Keep your own backup.
Payments, refunds and reviews
Final practical points
Priority payment problems and refunds
Contact the service promptly if a payment appears incorrect, duplicated or linked to the wrong request. Refund requests are considered fairly in line with applicable consumer law and the circumstances, including whether the priority service has already been applied. Stripe may take time to return funds to the original payment method.
Deletion after payment
Deleting the private request removes the images, messages, customer details and private links. A review remains as a separate publication unless you ask for that review to be removed too. Minimal payment transaction records may remain where required for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, refunds or legal obligations.
Customer reviews
Review invitations are unique to completed requests. The administrator may also add genuine feedback received directly before the website opened, provided it fairly reflects the customer’s message and does not disclose confidential information. Reviews must describe a genuine experience and can be approved, hidden or removed by the administrator. When a gallery item is published, the review may include a link to that before and after example.
Local gallery privacy editing
No paid face-blur provider is used. Separate gallery copies are stored on this website and edited through the administration browser. The administrator must personally inspect both copies before publication and may keep an item hidden if it cannot be made suitably private.
Changes to the service
Features, queue availability, limits, wording and optional fees may change. The terms shown when you submit or purchase priority apply to that action.

Image submission limit
A single IP address may submit no more than 8 images in a rolling 48-hour period. This anti-abuse limit applies across requests.
